• Dr. Mohamed Rafiq Alidina has over 30 years of experience in medicine.
• He graduated from the Osmania University in India with an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery).
• He started his medical career in India for two years, before relocating to the U.A.E. Dr. Mohamed Rafiq has practiced medicine across the U.A.E, including Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai.
• He worked for 10 years at Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah, initially as an Emergency Medical Officer that attended to Paediatric, Surgical, Medical and Orthopaedic cases. He was then, as a Pediatrician, responsible for running a large Paediatric clinic as well as caring for in-patients.
• Before joining the Zulekha Medical Group in 2007, Dr. Mohamed Rafiq spent 20 years at Al Wasl Hospital (now Latifa Hospital) in Dubai. He rotated between General Paediatrics, Paediatric Emergencies and Neonatal Intensive Care. Dr. Mohamed Rafiq worked as a Specialist Registrar in the Paediatric Department, where he helped the department gain accreditation with the JCI-U.S.A. During his time at Al Wasl Hospital, he was also a member of the Diabetic Patient Care Group, which provided treatment and counseling for diabetic patients.
• Dr. Mohamed Rafiq has been a part of Zulekha Medical Group since June 2007, working in the capacity of a General Practitioner.
