Work Experience

• Dr. Mounika Reddy is a Specialist ENT Surgeon with over 11 years of clinical and surgical experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions in adults and children 
• Prior joining to Zulekha Hospital she worked at Gandhi Medical College Govt. Hospital, Secunderabad, and gained extensive experience at several renowned institutions, including Government ENT Hospital, Osmania Medical College, MAA ENT Hospitals and SIMS Hospital. 
• Dr. Mounika accomplished her medical education from JSS Medical College, Mysore, India, followed by postgraduate training in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and DNB ENT from MAA ENT Hospitals, Hyderabad. 
• Dr. Mounika completed a two year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Implantation Otology at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. She also received international cochlear implant surgical training from the Institute for Cochlear Implant Training in the United States and obtained MRCS (ENT) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England
• Her academic achievements include a Gold Medal awarded during postgraduate training, first place for Best Poster at CIGICON 2019 and recognition as a Corona Warrior by the State of Telangana. She has presented and published her work at regional, national and international forums. 
• She has also served as Honorary Secretary of the Association of Otolaryngologists (AOI) of India, Hyderabad Branch. Her advanced training includes an anterior and lateral skull-base surgery workshop at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, under the guidance of Dr. Prepageran Narayanan. 
• Dr. Mounika is associated with and is a life member of Cochlear Implant Group of India (CIGI), American College of Surgeons (ACS), Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), AOI Telangana and AOI Hyderabad.

• Comprehensive Adult and Paediatric Ear Care – Evaluation and treatment of recurrent ear infections, chronic ear discharge, hearing loss, earwax impaction, sterile ear piercing and other common ear conditions
• Coblation Adenoidectomy and Tonsillectomy – Modern surgical treatment for recurrent tonsillitis, enlarged tonsils and adenoids, snoring and sleep-related breathing problems. 
• Advanced Sinus and Nasal Procedures – Medical and surgical management of sinusitis, nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps and sinus-related headaches, including septoplasty and Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS).
