Work Experience

  • Dr. Waleed has over 17 years of experience in the field of General and Laparoscopic surgery. He has served as a Head of the Departments of Surgery and member of the Saudi Surgical Board in Saudi German hospital group, KSA, prior to joining Zulekha Hospital Sharjah.
  • He has also served as Associate Professor of General Surgery Endocrine, Bariatric, and Metabolic Surgery at Mansoura Faculty of Medicine, Egypt. He is a member of Egyptian Society of Surgeons, European Society of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons, Egyptian Society of Bariatric Surgery, IFSO Society and the Society of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeons. Dr.Waleed has earned his post-graduation from Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt.
