This year has been a tough one for all of us. The months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on our mental health. Prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now, during these unprecedented times of the pandemic.
On World Mental Health Day, celebrated globally on 10th October, Zulekha Hospital aims to bring young minds together to encourage mental health and well-being across all age-groups. Introducing ‘Strokes of Hope’ – a painting competition for children aged between 9 to 15 years. The theme of the competition is ‘Mental Wellness'. Children can create inspiring sketches, drawings or paintings that portray mental well-being through meditation, stress management, relaxation techniques, social connections or any other activities that encourage a positive, happy and healthy mind.
